So far so good if not the best. Have been with Invigo 7months and to be honest it’s been the best I’ve tried the past 5 years. Had no issues whatsoever. I love the fact that I get 5 days notice to remind me when the payment will be taken. No problems with the car. Got what I booked on the app and service so far was top notch. It’s not cheap but not that expensive either so if like me you don’t wanna buy a car as times a volatile and job market is not as stable as it’s used to be. The only downside to the app is that it doesn’t have enough cars to choose from but hopefully that will change. I find customer service very fast to answer queries. I highly recommend Invygo.

I am writing this review on the basis of misrepresentation and false promises by Invgo. To put things in perspectives, I rented Mitsubishi ASX from Invygo app a week today and car is still with me. The delivery was delayed and no contact was made, upon late delivery after multiple follow ups, it was brought to my attention that cars do not come from dealers however Invgo has sub-contracted with third party car rentals who provide the cars. The car was delivered to me in an extremely filthy and disgusting state (Inside and Outside) where there were liquid marks on seats which looked like human waste marks or prohibited beverages spilt all across on rear seats (pictures attached). The car was full of scratches and driver informed me that if company see one more scratch, they will intentionally block Money from my card.I had to invest big amount on the deep cleaning and sanitisation of the car to make it drive worthy but these stains and ugly odour wouldnt go.I reached out to Invygo straight on car delivery time and they said, the third part agent will replace the car once new like to like car is available.It is been one week to date and no contact has been made with me from Invygo on replacement, I will keep on updating my reviews as time passes and until car is collected or replaced. At this stage, the car is not capable of accommodating family or small children to travel with. Please see pictures and I will recommend going to other professional companies who deliver products to customer as promised and do a regular follow up to ensure client is happy with the services

Unfortunately the vast majority of cars were always unavailable which was annoying. However booking a hire car has never been easier. With the APP it Was like ordering a pizza on deliveroo. Quick and transparent.

Been renting for 13 months in a row. Humble request to pause my rental whilst out of the country for the first time since renting. Told it is not possible and unwilling to use common sense and simply pause my subscription for 2 weeks! Unbelievable

Easy to use, convenient, and cheap if you are using for a long term. Very easy to swap cars. Real time customer care, all informations are transparent. They have timely service also.

The car I have is nice, but the promise of swap your car any time would only work if they actually had any car in stock you can switch to, which they just dont in the last 4-5 months.Also, the language of the Invygo e-mails is simply enraging - I dont need to be reminded of your car being collected before they event attempt a payment. Also, I have never seen we have taken payment in an e-mail, whoever does that needs to learn the language a bit better.

The company was a great short term solution to my vehicle issue but thats when the experience started to take a sour turn.when I handed the vehicle back the person collected tried to add additional fictional damage to the vehicle. luckily i spotted this and alerted the company to this. they assured me no extra expense would be charged.roll on a week or two, they refused to release and refund remaining fees I had paid. they said it was company policy and I had to credit it with them. I was them charged a parking fine stating from my bank account despite having a large sum of money tied up in creditlong story short, I will never recommend this company to a friend.Even as a last resort Id rather walk than use them again. truly dreadful customer care and not an ounce of common sense amongst any of the employees.

Horrible experience. Rented a car for 1 month but had some urgent issues and had to return the car after 1 week. They did not accept to refund me any of the remaining days. Totally unproffessional and unethical. we asked them to collect the car so they came and collect it without mentioning that they will not refund us. How is this possible, again really dissapointed.

Excellent app and efficient way to rent a car without hassle. All the queries you have can be found within the app pertaining to billing, booking, return etc and the chat is also effective. One of the most pleasurable customer experiences!

Booked a car with Invygo and simply i cannot be happier, the car was delivered in 2 hours, very clean and neat without any hassle, Those guys are just amazing, i do recommend using them if your looking for a car to rent.

Easy to explore and use the APP for booking car till returning. Good experience for the first time. Good customer service as well. One minor issue was that the car was not delivered on time.

This is a great app and easy to use. However I stopped using invygo as it was too expensive in comparison to buying a car. I also unfortunately got a fine whilst renting my car on invygo and was charged an additional fee by the dealer which I was very unhappy about.

I had a worst experience.. they have charged me AED 688.for a small scratch.I never recommend invygo.. they just hear only their dealers side... they where not willing to hear my side. I have shown them all the evidence that I have but they never accept it. Invygo guys confirmed themselves that’s my mistake..... very very bad...

Terrible app. They find ways to steal your money legally. Not recommended.I have hired a car from them for more than 5 months then they returned some 200 AED back in my wallet since I ended the contract of the final month prematurely as I was leaving the country.I told them I want a refund of that money since i am not coming back but they replied back: what goes in the wallet, stays in the wallet!I do not recommend Invygo at all. Love the flexibility of the service. Got my car delivered the same day with only 48kms on it. Was going to use it for a few months before buying a car,but knowing that maintenance and other problems are covered has convinced me to stay subscribed. Looking forward to trying out a new car!

Im really happy with the full experience, from start to finish, from booking the car until returning, the app is easy to use and I love the flexibility invygo gives. Definitely recommend as the best provider in the market.

Horrible they have duped me with extra charges twice after returning my car successfully and no scratches or dents. I was very impressed with their ease of transactions and availability and had recommended them as well to couple of friends but never again as it was truly a shocker for me as after leaving the country and finishing transactions and deleted account they charged me close to 900 AED which is a fraud for sure still to hear from them dont try them unless you are sure

The app wont allow me to delete my card! even after I have returned the car! and the customer service says that they will allow me to remove the car only after 90 days of the return and by the way, they dont need you to authorize any transaction they charged me 330 AED for a non reported accident which i didnt do! definitely not recommended!!!! at least they have to send you an invoice, then you authorize then they can take whatever you agreed on!

It was a very easy transaction. Camille - the customer service agent was super helpful and she’s very proactive.The delivery was right one time, the car was very clean, fuel tank full, and the driver was very patient and informative throughout the handover.

DON’T DON’T DON’T deal with them.The worse experience ever, don’t even think about it, at the start they were amazing but by time they turned to a ripping company, they were having an amazing option while you can pause your long lease term at any time and later you can continue at any time, they’ve canceled this option without any prior information for their subscribed clients, at the time of returning my car they’ve charged for a full month while I’ve used the car for 3 days out of the month, and they’ve also charged me as a monthly rate after 8 months renting the car, this total fraud and it’s a ripping company. Very swift and pleasant experience! From the time of booking to the delivery of the car on the same day!Honestly the only thing i would say is that i chose a black colour and they deliver a silver without informing beforehand but not a big deal - just an FYI.The app does not the option to move the payment date to another date by 2-3 days ahead instead of having it on the same day as when you rented the day (for example, if you rented the car on 29th it will get renewed and you get charged on the 29th if rented for more than 1 month but sometimes you dont get paid on that day and would like to renew on the 2nd or 3rd accordingly)

Just completed 6 months of service from Invygo and had one of the best car rental service experience so far. Everything from getting the car first time to maintenance and servicing was done on time and with ease. The chat support staff are very supportive and clarify all the doubts. Had to return the car as i am going on annual leave but definitely plan on returning to their service. And will definitely recommend others as well. Thank you INVYGO.

Great service.. subscribed for one (1) year and it has been really smooth sailing all the way. The car is fantastic and just as they said. Only little snag is the fact that customer service is available only till 6pm during working days otherwise great stuff invygo!!!

I have rent twice a car. first time I didnt have any kind of issues it was a pleasure for me to deal with them but the second time I didnt like the card that I have received it had a break issues which was whistling all the time and I hope they have fix it

The service is good, but the rental price should get lower at least after renting the car for more than a year as a gesture for being a loyal customer especially if the car is a 2017 model given for the rental price of 2020. Road assistance is good, maintenance is good

When I needed the car on that day so badly it took 4 hours only for them to deliver to you and everything is being done through app. registration, payment, inquiries so convenient. Sending you a reminder when will be the due date of your next payment and when they picked it up as I will be returning the car, they are on time. Rate is low from the car I chose that is model 20200 and it was delivered clean. The only thing my comment i hope they considered on the next rent service with the same model of the car the rate should be the same. I was talking the Mitsubishi Attrage Yr 2020. The first 3 months I rented it AED 115 then after a month from the time I returned the car, the rate became higher to AED 135.

Third renewal of monthly contract Of almost a brand new car. So far smooth relationship. Like the App, like the service attitude of their car partners National Leasing. Seems like they are running to the capacity now as preferred cars are all taken and new cars are not being added. Good for the business but can be frustrating when I always find out most of the cars are already out of stock for months. Need next round of funding may be for own cars instead of just relying on partners? More success to Invygo 👏

Got a Mustang V8 with 5.0L engine from the dealership delivered at my doorstep in less than 2 hours! All through the app on a monthly contract.

Jan 2021:Used this app as it appears to handle everything and hopefully offer great customer service. App was easy to use although it failed to upload my 2nd driver documents. It took a week to identify and correct this on my own as there was a delay from Invygo side. Have had a dashboard alarm on the car for 8 days now and there has been an ongoing delay in communication and resolution through Invygo and the partner Paramount. Hoping to have it fixed this Thursday 🤞.A little disappointed that using the app hasnt delivered a better service than going straight to dealer. Will cut the middle man out next time I renew the lease.June 2021: I have been charge a half tank of fuel despite dropping the car off to the service centre on May 10th and returning the substitute car on May 20th with more petrol in it than i received. I have been discussing with Invygo for several days now and they are unable to understand the issue. I have been complaining about the fuel charges for sometime which is why i chose this time to take the cars myself. They are unwilling to provide the dealer documents to support their fuel charges or justify their lack of investigation into my complaint.

It is a great service , and value for money

The car was supposed to be delivered by 8pm max, but I received it at 11:15pm. Which I can still bear, but the fact that I didnt receive any courtesy call that the delivery is running late and I wasnt given any number to follow-up on, was quite annoying.Invygo chat system is JUST HORRIBLE. The chatbot doesnt answer questions helpfully and if you choose to speak to a person, they arent available after 5pm. Their customer service number is available only during working hours (I think until 5pm, couldnt comprehend from the inaudible auto message when I called). So basically, you dont know when the car will be delivered with nobody to ask about it and your money is already deducted.If you want peace of mind, dont choose invygo. Go direct to the leasing company.Update: so, I received a response from invygo, it seems they care about their customers and the issue was mainly from the leasing company. Im changing from 1 starts to 4 stars. Ill give 5 stars if they can have 24/7 CS support.

The best car-renting company, in my opinion.

This app seems that it is working well, but people should be really cautious of what the unclear information they provide can lead to. Guys you should not cheat on people you did really a great job to understand how to cheat people. Sooner or later your clients will understand that. I hope to find a way to sue you to court.

This company billed me before due date in two ocassions and when faced with an incident with a party that is unknown as standard insurance holder i was requested to pay liability although it is clearly mentioned on the app itself that if a police report with non faulty conclusion is issued then repairs will not be borne by customer but insurance company. I got them 2 police reports which cost me 500 aed and still im requested to pay. They didnt take accountability for the wrong description of insurance on the app before you make payment. Later they said that we provided additional terms after payment was made in a contract that was sent to my email which i never saw or signed. You know someone is customer centric when you are faced with such circumstances. I hope this helps somebody.

In terms of bringing the car to you and picking it up 5 stars but definitly much more expensive then others.

Ive had the car for two weeks and so far everything has been great. They delivered the car the same day I did the booking and car was clean.

Received car which was already due for service and ac not working. Now they not replacing my car or arranging for it.Im following since last several days and this is affecting my travel plans.Getting unsafe car and they are not bothering for cash refund or getting car as per agreed contract.please stay away from these people

Very smooth process overall. The car I received was clean and new. Delivery and Pickup were also as promised. Customer service are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend Invygo, no hassle, no deposits and they have a nice variety of cars.

The first month we rented it was easy and we were quite happy. But then we decided to save some money and choose a less expensive car. Instead we received a dirty car the first round, the company confirming drop off time and not showing up. I gave my “feedback” to Invygo and they said they will try to take it back to the team. We won’t use the services again, if I want to be disappointed by car renting services will do it the old fashioned way.I wish the company’s response below was really how they communicated with customers, yet it wasn’t. If the company really wanted “to meet my needs” they would have better communication and professionalism. So we go straight to shift car rental, same prices and more customer oriented.

Will never use again. You cannot upgrade your mileage after you’ve paid the monthly subscription, the cars do not really come as promised, and they are the most basic option.They also charged me for a second month with the car after I already returned the vehicle, causing me to have issues with bank payments. They have issued a refund, but it’s taking quite a bit of time to get it back.Overall, not happy at all. I’m using a different rental car agency that has a more realistic km restriction, a 24hr help line, and better vehicles that I am much happier with.

Great service, I rarely post any reviews but the service that they provide is excellent. My family was visiting and I upgraded to a bigger car via the app, I had an issue with the pick up and the customer service guy (Bashir I think) was very helpful. This guy should get a promotion !If you are like me and like changing cars often, you should try it out.

The best rental car company Ive tried with professional,helpful and friendly staff. Their app is user friendly with quick subscription and very easy to find the perfect deal that suits you at the best rates in this branch market. The car is being delivered at your doorstep within few hours and what makes it different than others is that you dont have to pay a costly deposit.

Not happy with the company as they charged my car for damages although they claimed at the point of collection this would not be charged as they were old damages, so in effect the guy lied. There was no notification of monies to be taken from my account which they just took without prior notification. I cannot delete my account until 60 days and they still have my card details. They did not act professionally and as such will not use them again.

I have been renting for 3 month wanted to extend but realized it would be the second time I have to change the car. I faced a problem first time they gave me a non serviced car and pick up delivery took one week. Second time the car stoped when I had a meeting and stranded in the street it took them two hour to respond.

I rented a car 1 week ago and they delivered different model and km even tough i told them to change still they didnt change. I had a flat tyre i guess it had problem earlier so i changed with the spare one that one is also broken. As they dont reply me for a week that i am having these issues, i am going to police tomorrow.HIGHLY NOT RECOMMANDED

Not a good Experience. Tried making a booking. the app keeps updating frequently for no reason. the rates offer rates mentioned in their advertisement is not available in their app. it always says sold out from day 1.seems to be like a fake price to make people downaload.

Very bad experience, the error was attached to me on a scratch that I did not cause and it was present from the time I received the car and it was written on the receipt paper because of my mother or did I photograph the entire car because the representative told me that there is no need to photograph the car and that the scratch is registered, the result is that so far it is done Trying to withdraw the amount for scratches and damages daily from my bank account
